Who we are

Mighty Moe Gutters & Exterior installs, repairs and maintains gutters across the Lower Mainland and Sea to Sky. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you fill out a form on our website, call, text or email us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, home address or city, details about your project, and any photos or drawings you send.

We do not take payments on this website. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our web host keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site secure and working.

Why we collect it

We use your information to answer your request, prepare your quote, book site visits, complete your job and stand behind our warranty. We also keep the records we need for accounting and the law.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with trusted service providers that help us run our business, such as the companies that host our website, deliver our email and load the fonts on our pages. They may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, and may only use it to provide their service to us.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and messages for up to 2 years. For customers whose jobs we complete, we keep job records for as long as we need them for warranty and accounting. After that, we delete or destroy the information securely.

How we protect it

Our website uses a secure, encrypted connection. Only the people on our team who need your information to do their work can see it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Just contact us below.
